Thank you for your purchase at KAS20!
Change order
- Would you like to make a change to your order? You can do so up to 5 business days after purchase. After that, the materials are ordered and changes are unfortunately no longer possible.
Delivery of your furniture
- Your furniture will generally be delivered in one shipment; only the sofas will be delivered separately. Your order confirmation will include the estimated delivery time in weeks. This may vary slightly from the final delivery date due to potential delays, which we will, of course, do our utmost to avoid.
- You will receive the exact delivery date 1-2 weeks in advance by email, so that you are well prepared.
- Doesn't the planned date work for you? No problem, you can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before delivery. We'll then schedule a new date for you.
- If you've opted for a one-man delivery, we kindly ask that you ensure someone is present to help carry the furniture inside.
- We recommend that you carefully check beforehand whether the furniture fits through the stairwell or doorway. If a moving lift is necessary, you will be responsible for any additional costs.
Assembly
- Tables, coffee tables, and benches are assembled at your home. Chairs and some dining benches are easily assembled yourself with just four screws. You'll receive a suitable Allen key for this, of course.
Impregnate
- Our upholstered furniture is not impregnated as standard. For long-term protection, we recommend impregnating it yourself upon receipt. When you order an impregnation kit, you will receive clear instructions.
Payment
- If you paid half the deposit upon purchase, you will automatically receive an email requesting payment for the remaining amount one week before delivery.
Warranty
- All our furniture comes with a 2-year warranty. Should you have any questions or concerns about your product within this period, we're happy to help. Don't hesitate to contact us—we're here to help.

Materials & maintenance
Tables
Solid oak / Oak veneer What is the difference between solid oak and oak veneer?
A solid oak table top is made entirely of solid oak. An oak veneer table top has a top layer of real oak. Brushing the wood makes the table less susceptible to scratches. Keep in mind that wood can react to changes in temperature and humidity. Both table tops are finished with a two-component lacquer, which protects against everyday stains such as coffee, tea, and wine. Care: Wipe the top with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Use a mild, pH-neutral cleaning agent and avoid abrasive products. We recommend always using coasters and wiping up spills immediately.
Melamine
A melamine top consists of a plastic top layer on a sturdy core. Suitable for daily use.
Maintenance: Clean the top with a soft cloth and lukewarm water. For stains, use a pH-neutral all-purpose cleaner. Avoid abrasives and scouring pads.
Caution: Be careful with knives, scissors and other sharp objects, such as porcelain bowls with pointed parts, to avoid damage.
HPL
HPL (High Pressure Laminate) consists of multiple layers compressed under high pressure to create a very strong and durable sheet. This material is ideal for intensive daily use.
Maintenance: You can easily clean the tabletop with a soft cloth and water. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent. Do not use abrasives.
Note: We also advise using HPL with caution when handling sharp objects such as knives, scissors, and bowls with pointed edges to prevent scratches. Fenix Fenix is a form of HPL with a luxurious, matte nano-surface with a soft, silky appearance. This modern material is specially developed for everyday use. A major advantage is that light micro-scratches can often be reduced.
Maintenance: Clean the surface with a microfiber cloth and lukewarm water. Use only mild, pH-neutral cleaning agents. Avoid abrasives and solvents. You can often reduce surface scratches with a special sponge (magic eraser). Always use this sponge dry and ensure the surface is completely dry before starting.
Ceramics
Ceramic countertops are made from fired clay. This creates an extremely strong and compact surface. Ceramic is the most scratch-resistant material. Scratches on a glossy countertop may be more noticeable due to the glossy finish—this is normal and inherent to the material.
Maintenance: Clean the surface with a soft cloth and lukewarm water. Use only pH-neutral cleaning agents and avoid harsh degreasers and abrasives. Ceramic is highly resistant to red wine and grease stains. For stubborn stains, you can clean the surface with a solution of warm water and dish soap.
Sofas / Armchairs / Chairs
- To keep the upholstery of upholstered furniture looking beautiful, we recommend impregnating it before use. If you ordered an impregnation kit from us, you will receive clear instructions.
- It is best to remove stains as quickly as possible by dabbing with a slightly damp cloth (do not rub).
- Do you have sofa cushions? Do you fluff them regularly and change them occasionally to keep them looking good and in shape for a long time?

For wool rugs, it is best to vacuum them frequently in the beginning to quickly remove any excess wool.
