At Kas20, you can order through one of our showrooms or through our website. You can find the opening hours and addresses of our showrooms under "Showroom."
Order website
Ordering online is easy in 4 steps:
1. Configure the desired article.
2. Place the item in the shopping cart and go to order.
3. Check your order and remember the delivery type, address details and comments about the delivery, for example.
4. Complete the order by paying for the order + shipping costs.
Order showroom
In our showrooms, one of our employees will place the order for you and we will check the order details together.
After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with specifications by email. Please check your order carefully. Approximately one week before delivery, you will receive a message from us regarding the delivery date and timeframe. If anything is unclear, please contact us. The delivery time for tables is 6-8 weeks.

Order webshop
When ordering from our webshop, you pay for the table through the Shopify payment system. This company handles all payments for us. After you've paid, you'll receive a confirmation email. A few days before delivery, you'll receive an email from us about the exact delivery time. > See the Delivery section for more information.
Online you can pay with:

Showroom order
When you place your order in one of our showrooms, you'll receive an email from us within a few days with a payment request. Please pay this request as soon as possible. Once we've processed your payment, we'll start processing your order.
We also offer the option of making a 50% deposit on the total amount. As soon as we receive your payment, we'll begin processing your order.
Delivery costs and installation costs
The exact delivery costs for our furniture can be found on the 'Delivery' page. You can also always choose to collect your furniture.
Order invoice
To request an invoice, please send an email to backoffice@kas20.nl. You will receive an invoice for your order from us as soon as possible.
