When will my order be delivered?
We have a delivery time of 6-8 weeks for tables. The same delivery time applies to chairs. For benches this differs per product. We try to deliver the order together, unless otherwise indicated. It is also possible to pick up your order yourself. For this we will contact you to make a pick-up appointment. A few days before delivery, you will receive an e-mail from us with the exact delivery date and delivery time. On the day of delivery, the delivery person will contact you by phone approximately 30 minutes before arrival so that you have an idea of ​​when they will arrive. If the exact delivery date does not suit you, you can move it by sending an e-mail to info@kas20.nl . We will then plan a new delivery date for you. Please take into account a delay of approximately 2 weeks of delivery.

When are your showrooms open?
Our showrooms are always freely open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 and on Saturday from 10:00 to 16:30. You are most welcome in one of our showrooms.

What payment options are available?
Online you can pay at Kas20 with:

What are the costs of a moving lift?
The costs of a moving lift are for the customer. So you can arrange a moving lift yourself for the exact delivery date. Would you rather have us arrange a moving lift for you? Then contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Can I choose a delivery date?
You cannot choose an exact delivery date. Our planning department will send you a delivery date with a time slot in which the order will be delivered by email approximately one week before delivery. If this date does not suit you, you can send an email to info@kas20.nl. Do this no later than 24 hours before delivery, otherwise we will have to charge you for this. We will then plan a new delivery date for you. Please take into account a delay of approximately 2 weeks for your order. Do you prefer delivery in a specific week? Please indicate this in the comments with your order.

Can all items in the showroom also be ordered online?
Almost all items in our showroom can be ordered online via our website. If your dream table is not among them, please contact us. Please note: the colours, structure and pattern may differ.

How do I report a complaint/defect?
We try to resolve complaints/defects as quickly and as well as possible. For this, please contact service@kas20.nl If possible, sending photos and/or videos in the mail is recommended.

Can I return or exchange my order?
There is no right of withdrawal on our products . All our products are custom made especially for you.

What is my warranty on the furniture?

Do you have a showroom?
Have you seen a beautiful table, chair or sofa on our website, but would you like to see it in real life? Come visit one of our showrooms. We have a showroom in Kwakel and in Amsterdam. The entire range can be viewed in the showroom in Kwakel. Only our tables can be viewed in the showroom in Amsterdam. What is the standard table height?
Because we make all tables to measure, you can determine the height of the table yourself. The height is measured to the top of the top. Our standard table height is 76cm.
