Ordering and Payment
Once you've made your selection, it's time to checkout. Click "Shopping Cart" in the top right corner of the screen to complete and pay for your order.

Order without an account
No problem! Of course, you can place an order in our webshop without creating an account. If you do choose a KAS20 account, you can retrieve your orders and your information will be saved for a new order.

Change or Cancel
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via chat, email, or phone (see contact).

Delivery and Assembly?
All orders that need to be delivered to a Dutch address will be delivered by us and can be assembled on-site. Chairs and TV stands are an exception. After we receive your order and payment, we will contact you to schedule a delivery time.

Orders can be collected in consultation at our address: Radioweg 12, 1324 KW, Almere
Pick up yourself
- You as a customer are responsible for the correct means of transportation.
- You must pack the furniture properly yourself to prevent damage during transport.
Kas20 Design Furniture is not liable for damage to the furniture if you transport it yourself.
- Packing materials are not included when collecting yourself.

Warranty?
Of course, you'll receive the legally required warranty from us. But we expect it will never come to that. Have a question or are you dissatisfied? Please contact us via chat, email (service@kas20.nl), or phone (see contact), and we'll work it out together.
