Made in our own factory
We make all our tables in our own workshop in Kwakel in Noord-Holland. This makes it easier to realize your dream table, because we have everything (literally) in our own hands.

Bezorgen en Montage
Alle bestellingen die geleverd moeten worden op een Nederlands adres worden door ons bezorgd en kunnen ter plekke gemonteerd. Nadat de bestelling en betaling bij ons is binnengekomen, nemen wij contact op om een afspraak te maken over het moment van bezorging.

Afhalen Bestelling
Het afhalen van de bestellingen is mogelijk in overleg op ons adres: Radioweg 12, 1324 KW, Almere

Garantie
Natuurlijk krijg je bij ons de garantie waar je wettelijk recht op hebt. Maar wij gaan er vanuit dat het nooit zover hoeft te komen. Heb je een vraag of ben je niet tevreden? Neem dan contact met ons op via chat, e-mail of telefoon (zie contact) en wij gaan er samen uitkomen.

Zodra u uw droomtafel heeft besteld is er een keuze om de tafel op te halen of te laten bezorgen.  Het is een optie om uw tafel gratis op te halen bij ons in de werkplaats in De Kwakel. Daarnaast is het ook mogelijk om de tafel te laten bezorgen door Kas20, inclusief montage.  

Kiest u ervoor om de tafel zelf op te halen, dan leveren wij de schroeven mee om de tafel te monteren. Ook zullen wij de tafel inpakken en samen met u inladen. Kiest u voor bezorging en montage door Kas20, dan wordt de tafel bezorgd door onze partner Budget Transport. De tafel zal gemonteerd worden en op de juiste plek worden gezet. Ook neemt de bezorger het afval weer mee, zodat wij dit kunnen hergebruiken of recyclen. Geeft u de voorkeur aan een tweemans levering of een bezorging inclusief verhuislift, dan is dit ook mogelijk. Neem contact met ons op om te kijken naar de mogelijkheden. 

Voordat wij komen bezorgen is het handig deze punten door te nemen:

- Heeft u een tafel gekozen met een onderstel dat uit een geheel bestaat, zoals een kubusframe, controleer dan de afmetingen van de deuren en ramen. Zo kunnen wij beoordelen of de tafel en het onderstel naar binnen getild kunnen worden.

- Indien er verschillende hoeken, trapgaten of bochten gepasseerd dienen te worden, controleer dan goed of de tafel hier doorheen past. 

- Komt de tafel bij een bedrijf te staan, geef ons dan door wat de openingstijden zijn. Op deze manier kunnen wij hier rekening mee houden.

- Is er een ander obstakel? Wij horen het graag van u.
