Our products are not subject to a right of withdrawal. All our products are custom-made especially for you. Custom-made orders cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned. This applies to both custom-made tables and chairs. A custom-made product includes products for which the consumer has provided specifications. This includes specifications such as dimensions, color, fabric, etc.

Once you've placed an order in one of our stores, you cannot cancel your order. However, we are happy to work with you to find a solution if you are not satisfied with your purchase. This also applies if the product has not yet been delivered and/or production has already started.
